General Instructions  

Open for all UG except the students of 1st professional who have registered for the conference 
The event will take place in 2 rounds 
At the preliminary round individual case will be sent to the registered participants through mail on 06.10.2024 at 6.PM and delegates should submit their responses on or before 08.10.2024 (8.AM) 
The best 5 responses will be selected by the faculty for final round  and selected participants will get confirmation mail on 13.10.2024 

  • For the final round, a separate interesting case report will be given to each participant on 14.10.2024 at 8.00 AM 
  • The finalists should prepare their final presentation and submit it to the scientific committee before 8.00am on 17.10.24 . 
  • On the day of final presentation the delegates should present their case report in front of the Judges, a winner and runner will be selected.  
  • Time allotted for presentation will be 15 minutes (10 minutes for explanation; 2 minutes of grace time if needed & 3 minutes for discussion)  The decision of the organizing committee will be final. 
  • The responses in (.docx/.doc format) have to be attached & sent to mail

  • The word document should not be more than 1000 words  
  • Scoring Criteria:

  • Appropriates of the differential diagnosis provided (10 marks)
  • Quality of the supporting statements (10 marks)
  • Presentation of essay in terms of grammar & formatting (5 marks)
  • Evidence of references (5 marks).

    Poster Presentation - For UG and PG  

    General Instructions  

  • Only the delegates who have registered for the conference can participate.  
  • Both Case Reports & Original Research Papers can be presented as a Poster. 
  • The presenter should produce a Declaration Letter attested by the Guide and the HOD of the concerned Department.   
  • Refer to the SIMSCON website for the format.  
  • A maximum of two abstracts (one Case Report & one Original Research Paper) will be accepted from a single presenting author. 
  • The size for the poster is 4 feet (height) x 3 feet (width).

    General Instructions  

  • Only the delegates who have registered for conference can participate in Oral presentation.  
  • The presenter should produce a declaration letter attested by the guide and the HOD of the concerned Department.  
  • A maximum number of two abstracts in total will be accepted from a single presenting author.   
  • Scientific committee reserves the decision of acceptance and mode of paper presentation.
